The Ravenna Kibbutz

We'll gather at 7:30 for shmoozing and shofar blowing! Then we'll make Kiddush for the second night of Rosh HaShannah at 8:30. Last year's reflections and the new year's resolutions will be discussed, but not before honey and apples are consumed. About which: This is potluck. As usual, we'll provide wine, challah, and a kosher-dairy main dish. But this isn't just any potluck at the Kibbutz, this is our annual Round Food Contest! To play, all you need is to bring vegetarian or kosher-dairy food (main, side, dessert, booze) that exemplifies the theme of roundness. The winner, by popular vote, gets naches, the respect of your peers, and a funny hat to wear. Also, who wants to bring some good local honey and/or apples?
